To ensure that you become part of the "Elsdorfer team" as quickly as possible, we have department-specific induction plans in place to make it easier for you to get started. These range from the basics such as work safety, familiarisation with the workplace and, if necessary, work clothing, to individual components, on-the-job training and further training opportunities.
Do you have any points that interest you? Then go ahead! We look forward to organising your induction together with you.

The possibility of mobile working exists in some cases. We like to see each other in person and work together, but we also know that there is work that can also be done online. We know that it's all about balance!
